Joanne is attending the 4th Manx litfest which this year takes place from 22-27 September and her events are as follows:
Friday September 25
- National Story Day – a celebration of literature, poetry and storytelling in schools and colleges around the Isle of Man
- 5.30pm-6.30pm The day my grandmother exploded: the right ingredients for a classic book – panel discussion with Joanne, Andy Miller and Jamie Mollart – St Bridget’s Chapel, The Nunnery, Douglas – free entry
Saturday September 26
- 9am – 4pm Manx Litfest Writers’ Day – a day of talks, panel discussions and pitch sessions, focused around the craft of writing and the business of publishing – King William’s College, Castletown – to enquire about tickets, email bookings@manxlitfest.com.
